Joseph T. Schepers

Mr. Schepers has significant expertise working in a wide range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, infectious diseases, cardiovascular, neurological and rare diseases. Joe’s corporate experience includes working at large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap publicly traded companies and private companies. He has held positions at several companies including Novartis, Sciele Pharma, Immunomedics, ICN/Ribapharm, Cryolife and Pernix Therapeutics.

Joe has been responsible for developing communications for research and development programs and advanced technology platforms. He has been involved in numerous product approvals and launches, mergers and acquisitions, R&D partnerships and collaborations, and acquisitions of drugs that have been approved or are in development.

He has successfully raised capital through equity and fixed income transactions, including initial public offerings, and played a key role in listing companies on the NYSE and NASDAQ.

Joe earned a BA in Communications and an MBA from Seton Hall University.
